Yes, we have all proper licenses and insurance. We are a Class B contractor license # 2705-117922. We have a Landscape Architect on staff as well.
Do you have workman's compensation insurance?
Yes, we do carry commercial liability insurance and workman's compensation insurance for all employees on site.
What type of properties do you maintain?
We maintain a balance of commercial and residential properties, large or small.
Do your employees wear uniforms?
Yes, our employees are required to wear a Magnolia Landscape shirt so that they are easily identified as a representative of our company.
Is it better to bag or mulch lawn clippings?
Mulching grass clippings is better for your yard. The clippings decompose and create a natural compost for your lawn and the nutrients from fertilizing are returned to your lawn instead
of being bagged and carried off your site.
Hardwood mulch or dyed mulch?
The choice is yours; we can provide either. Hardwood mulch is organic and good for your plants, but the sun fades the color away rapidly. Dyed mulch, which has organic dyes safe for
children and pets, holds its color through the season and retains moisture for your plants.
